graduate liao and i ve moved on from the nus ministry to the nyc ministry. it has been an interesting transition for me and before i share about this transition. let me share my 4 yrs in nus :)
A treasured season of my life. A place where i came to know God, where i experienced God's love in my life, His grace and unending faithfulness. A season where my life changed, my values changed and where many tears r shed and many wounds from my past were healed and where deliverance is found. This season of my life in nus has been so fruitful that i graduate from nus with no regrets, doing the things that i am supposed to do, imparting and influencing the ppl i am supposed to and building friendships which God intended for me to build. Though i ve made many mistakes during this season, it is by the grace of God tt things work out and a humbling season of growth and pruning too. A season of maturity and learning what it means to live in the world but not of the world. To differentiate btw the things of God and the things of this world; a season whereby i learned to surrender and submit my life to God and learn the heartbeat of God. A season whereby i tasted the fruits of following God and obeying Him; a season where i learned to trust God and know that God is in control no matter the circumstances. Most importantly, i finally understood that the most important thing is my relationship with God. Not my ministry, my strengths, my giftings, but my relationship with Him. How God value my heart and me and how He long for me to be intimate with Him. Walked through many stormy seasons and many joyful seasons and breakthroughs but at the end of my 4 years, the one thing that i truly take with me is how amazing God has been in my life and how much He has loved me and how He has poured His grace and mercy upon my life.
i am thankful for the leaders god has placed in my life. Thank God for your love and patience towards me and for guiding me so patiently and for tolerating all my nonsense :) Thankful for the friendships i ve made in this ministry and thankful for my sheep. Thank God for my buddies who is ready to support me and for the clm :) My life in NUS has been filled with purpose and life and God was the one who has given me all these. Without Him in my life, NUS would have been just another part of my life and i cannot imagine my days without Him.
I ve been walking with God for 3.5 yrs and my prayer is that i ll continue to run with Him till the end :) God has given me the reason for living and made every season of my life purposeful and wonderful. Thank God for His amazing love, grace and faithfulness in my life.
