haha... wondering wat this post is abt? its about my colonies expression.
Yest i was in lab the whole day from 9am to 9.30pm expressed 8 plates but in the end only one grew. so repeating my experiment again today. Dun know wats wrong... but such things is quite expected cause its a by chance and luck thing. so keep doing n doing ba. i m glad tt i ve some results already :) will get used to it soon.

just a brief overview of my fyp:
i am doing on an allergen called: der f 22. this is an allergen from dust mite. i am trying to mutate the IgE epitopes and try to decrease its binding without disrupting the structure, so as to decrease allergy reactions. Will need a large sample pool of ppl to see if they are sensitive to this allergen. So ... heheee... i ll looking up u guys soon to do a skin prick test. Its convenient and fast and safe (and i will be doing it for u all ) haha... dun worry i tried on myself already. now taking a short break at hq cause waiting for my expt to run...

feeling a bit stress and pressured because my sup feels that my progress is slow. hai... cant help it tt i ve sch and other things too but i m doing wat i can already. Just continue to do my best with the time and energy i ve (as doing it for the Lord and not for men). i will jia you de :)
