Hallelujah!!! I am so amazed....

WOW.... i am simply in awed, stunned, shocked...haha....i simply dun know where to start...

i taught a thai student last yr and had to drop him due to other commitments... He is a v sweet-natured boy who always keep in touch with me through msn. I invited him to service a few months ago and he came... Recently there was a planet shaker's concert and he also came :) haha... didn't really expect him to come cause its a christian concert but he came :) wow :) God never fail to amaze me...

Den one night he msg me and asked me if he can come to church on sat... i was really taken aback by that msg. e truth is i was really stunned... didn't really expect him to take e initiative to ask me :) He msg me on thur (17/9). I found out tt he has been wanting to come again after e 1st visit but was a bit afraid when we raise our hands to praise God, so he has been askin his friens to accompany him to come. Den 2 weeks ago, his thai frien (a ger) came to singapore to study and he so he asked her if she was interested to go church with him and she said yes!!

ok... so we (me, sl, and the two of them ) met on sat at 1pm at somerset mrt... we went for lunch at meridian and it was really comical. The two of them were v adorable... haha... i really enjoyed my time with them. They kept bickering non-stop and could c that they really valued their friendship although they kept arguing and teasing each other.

They knew each other two yrs ago through another frien in thailand. This ger is 1.7m tall (wow) and she is only 16!! haha... Her dad is a christian, mum buddhist and she told me she is also a buddhist. But she goes to church every sunday to play piano for them cause her dad wanted her to play for them. She loves playing the piano and only knows how to play chrstian songs. Although we just met, she was very open about her life and was willing to share v openly to us. I was really thankful for her willingness to place her trust in us and share to us so openly.

At 2.30pm, we made our way to nexus auditorium and i told her more about our church and the flow of our service. I asked her if her church practice tongues and she gave me a blank expression... (haha) so i explained to her abt holy spirit and tongues... She has been exposed to Chrisitanity since she was young and so she could understand wat i was sharing (thank God) haha...She was really amazed and was v excited to experience the service after i told her abt holy spirit.

Throughout the whole service, i could tell that she was really enjoying herself. clapping along (not sure if she sang along too,hee) and when pastor jeff was sharing she was laughing at his lameness and was listen attentively... Think e whole service really touched her deeply and what pastor jeff said really spoke to her...

Towards the end, when pastor jeff asked if anybody wanted to ve a r/s with God, she didn't raise her hands. So i just turned to her and started talking to her. I asked her if she wanted to ve a r/s with God and if she was touchedby God's love. Den she said she used to believe in Thailand. Then i said to her, but after tt u walked away from God rite? So do u want to renew ur r/s with Him, to receive Him back into ur life and be reunited with Him again. And very amazingly, she said YES!!!!!! she said YES!!!!! wow.... i was so shocked myself and was in disbelief. So i led her to say the sinner's prayer and after tt, she told me she's not going to walk away from God anymore... wow... praise God!!! After tt, she hugged me 5 times, so tightly and cried... Think she has really been touched by God's love through His word and the service and she could really feel His presence. I was so touched i wanted to cry too :)

haha... her hug was so warmth, i felt God's love through it and was really refreshed by the her receiving Christ....After tt she told me in e toilet tt this is destiny and she is really v happy and tt she can really feel God's love. wow.... amazing... all e angels r singing in heaven cause another soul has been saved and i pray tt she ll experience more of God...

She's so sweet... and i m so touched by her sweet-spirit :) God has blessed me through her... today she called me and asked me if i wanted to go c merlion with them, but i had tuition, so had to gif it a miss.... meeting her tmr to bring her a tour round singapore :) oh ya... i was v encouraged and touched by a msg she sent me today "i asked God for a flower, he gave me a garden. asked 4 a tree, he gave me a forest. asked a river, he gave me an ocean. asked 4 a sister, he gave me you"....

She also called her dad on sat and told him tt she has recieved Christ, he was so happy ....haha.... she told me tt her dad is going to send her thai bible over :)

praise God!!! haha.... life has never been e same ever since i knew God... life is so full of life and surprises :) Really thank God for this :) and now i pray tt 1 day my student ll also be able to experience Him, for God is an amzing God :) Hallelujah....
